5. Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain products such as perishables, personal care items, and customized goods are not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-14 business days.
